For a few days now, all of Italy has been stuck at home. This is an unprecedented situation. So we thought we'd give you some ideas by drawing up a list of things we can do at home in these "moments of boredom".

These days it's the only way to keep in touch and we consider it a safe alternative to spending time in the company of those we love.

5) Tidy up the house: start spring cleaning

We know, it's deadly boring. But what better time to start spring cleaning?

Reorganize your home, dedicate yourself to decluttering, get rid of the superfluous...

6) Get moving

10) Help the weakest

In these difficult days for everyone, helping others will bring a smile to both those who help and those who receive your help.

Help grandparents and elderly people dear to you. This moment can be a way to overcome daily indifference and to unite us even more, but always with due precautions and the right distance if it were an external family unit!

Ask them if they need to do the shopping or just need help taking out the garbage.

It will make both their day better and make everyone feel a little less alone!
