Escape times

To find out when your order will be delivered to you, you will have to take into account two factors:

1) Production times (we)

They order up to 3 items, the production will take from 24 to 72h. In periods of high productivity (e.g. the Christmas period, after the summer closure) production times could be extended by 2/3 days . By integrating the order with quantities greater than 3 pieces, the production times will be directly proportional to the quantities ordered, approximately 1 working day more. If you have particular urgencies, contact us via the contact form and we will do our best to help you.

Production process:

Being DOC artisans we have no warehouse stock, we make each item by hand so, at the time of payment, the order will enter the production queue on the same day if you place your order before 12.00 am.

Arketicom undertakes to respect shipping times, however if unforeseen events or delays should occur you will be notified by email or telephone by our customer service.

2) Shipping and delivery times (our courier).

Deliveries in Italy, disadvantaged zip codes, remote areas and/or islands:

Once the order has been entrusted to the courier, delivery will take place in 24/48 working hours, and in 72 working hours for islands and disadvantaged areas (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

For Italian areas considered remote, shipping times vary from 2 to 5 working days.

Deliveries abroad - Europe:

Deliveries in Europe and the rest of the world vary according to the destination area.

Neighboring countries such as France, Belgium, Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Spain take 3 to 5 working days.

Other areas within the European Economic Community can take up to 7/9 working days.

For countries outside the EEC we vary from 10 to 28 days of transit.

Shipment Tracking:

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the link of the transport company and your tracking number for tracking the shipment. In this way you will be able to know at any time the movements of the goods and the status of the delivery. Possible courier delays cannot however be attributed to Arketicom.

For orders that include bulky items , shipping costs may apply at checkout. Consider them an expense contribution; large volumes cost much more than what you will see in the cart but we'll make the difference!
