We produce everything by hand in Italy. Each product has its own production cycle. Below are the estimated production times by product category (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded):

3-5 working days: Poufs, footrests, bean bags, dog kennels, upholstery for armchairs, floating cushions.
5-7 working days: Floating Sunbeds, Floating Armchairs, Modular Armchairs and Garden Armchairs
10-20 business days: all custom made items
We ship with BRT express courier which delivers in 24/48h (islands, remote or disadvantaged areas in 72h).
Only in some cases where one of the raw materials is being restocked, it could take 1/3 days more than the aforementioned dates.

Your order will enter the production queue the day after your purchase. After confirming your order you will receive an email with all the details. Subsequently you will receive a single email with the traceability of the shipment; this means that on the date you received the email, the courier has collected your package and you will receive it in the following 24/48 working hours (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded).
