Cushion for sofas , soft seat for pallet sofas and pallets handcrafted with Water repellent fabric and anti-stain.
Thanks to these characteristics, the Soft Pallet cushion is suitable for both furnishings garden, terraces, balconies or outdoor patios as well as public places where particular maintenance and frequent washing are required.
The cushion consists of an external covering with a zip, an internal lining in TNT, also with a zip and Soft padding for furnishing cushions with pallets in expanded polyurethane.
The measures proposed below will allow you to furnish every corner, composition or structure in DIY pallets. For measures that are not present, you can still request a quote from us custom pillows.

ASSEMBLY AND UNPACKING
The product does not require assembly. Do not open the package using sharp objects such as scissors, knives or cutters which may damage the item. In case of use of blunt objects to open the packaging, there is no refund or replacement.
We produce everything by hand in Italy. Each product has its own production cycle. Below are the estimated production times by product category (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded):
2-4 working days: cushions for chairs, benches and pallets, pouf bags, pouf covers, cushion covers, padding.
3-5 working days: Poufs, footrests, bean bags, dog kennels, upholstery for armchairs, floating cushions.
5-7 working days: Floating Sunbeds, Floating Armchairs, Modular Armchairs and Garden Armchairs
10-20 business days: all custom made items
We ship with BRT express courier which delivers in 24/48h (islands, remote or disadvantaged areas in 72h).
Only in some cases where one of the raw materials is being restocked, it could take 1/3 days more than the aforementioned dates.
In 90% of cases we respect these times . However there are many factors that could affect production and delivery times. For this reason , estimated times are to be considered. If you have special needs , contact us here .

Your order will enter the production queue the day after your purchase. After confirming your order you will receive an email with all the details. Subsequently you will receive a single email with the traceability of the shipment; this means that on the date you received the email, the courier has collected your package and you will receive it in the following 24/48 working hours (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded). Whatever the state of the external packaging, we advise you to always sign for the delivery subject to control.
