We produce everything by hand in Italy. Each product has its own production cycle. Below are the estimated production times by product category (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded):
2-4 working days: cushions for chairs, benches and pallets, pouf bags, pouf covers, cushion covers, padding.
3-5 working days: Poufs, footrests, bean bags, dog kennels, upholstery for armchairs, floating cushions.
5-7 working days: Floating Sunbeds, Floating Armchairs, Modular Armchairs and Garden Armchairs
10-20 business days: all custom made items
We ship with BRT express courier which delivers in 24/48h (islands, remote or disadvantaged areas in 72h).
Only in some cases where one of the raw materials is being restocked, it could take 1/3 days more than the aforementioned dates.
In 90% of cases we respect these times . However there are many factors that could affect production and delivery times. For this reason , estimated times are to be considered. If you have special needs , contact us here .

Your order will enter the production queue the day after your purchase. After confirming your order you will receive an email with all the details. Subsequently you will receive a single email with the traceability of the shipment; this means that on the date you received the email, the courier has collected your package and you will receive it in the following 24/48 working hours (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded). Whatever the state of the external packaging, we advise you to always sign for the delivery subject to control.
