There Poltrona Sacco Bermuda is a removable product, made with water-repellent and easily washable outdoor fabric. Suitable for adults and children, very light but above all design. Decorate your garden or terrace with a 100% Made in Italy product with a refined design.

MAINTENANCE
Wash the outer cover in water at max 30 degrees. Do not bleach, do not spin, do not iron. For a long life, keep the product away from direct heat sources, direct sunlight. Clean with a soft dry brush. Immediately wipe any liquids on the product to avoid stains.
WARRANTY
External Cover: The warranty is 24 months for home use and 12 months for professional use and covers.
ASSEMBLY AND UNPACKING
The product does not require assembly. Do not open the package using sharp objects such as scissors, knives or cutters that may damage the item.
We produce everything by hand in Italy. Each product has its own production cycle. Below are the estimated production times by product category (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded):
2-4 working days: cushions for chairs, benches and pallets, pouf bags, pouf covers, cushion covers, padding.
3-5 working days: Poufs, footrests, bean bags, dog kennels, upholstery for armchairs, floating cushions.
5-7 working days: Floating Sunbeds, Floating Armchairs, Modular Armchairs and Garden Armchairs
10-20 business days: all custom made items
We ship with BRT express courier which delivers in 24/48h (islands, remote or disadvantaged areas in 72h).
Only in some cases where one of the raw materials is being restocked, it could take 1/3 days more than the aforementioned dates.
In 90% of cases we respect these times . However there are many factors that could affect production and delivery times. For this reason , estimated times are to be considered. If you have special needs , contact us here .

Your order will enter the production queue the day after your purchase. After confirming your order you will receive an email with all the details. Subsequently you will receive a single email with the traceability of the shipment; this means that on the date you received the email, the courier has collected your package and you will receive it in the following 24/48 working hours (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded). Whatever the state of the external packaging, we advise you to always sign for the delivery subject to control.
